Slack

I still have 15 pounds left to my goal. So, what's happened? I've been here for nearly 2 months. My biggest problem...feeling like I can "cheat." I was so strict at the beginning and for the first 3 months, but I started letting things slip. So, I have decided today is the end of that. I am going back to being strict. I have to reach my goal before the school year starts.

In other news, I have been running like crazy. This week is run for 20 minutes. I'm starting to incorporate hills, which has been a challenge, but necessary. During my last 5K, I about quit because from about 1.5-2 miles was a hill. I want to get first place in my next 5K, which probably won't be until the fall. I'm getting a lot better and I think I'm getting faster (at least on a treadmill).

So, my dear followers, keep me focused. Check in on me and make sure I'm sticking to my diet. I want to get to my goal!
