Maybe this isn't the best time to start a 30 day diet since I will be going out of town for a week, but I definitely wanted to give it a try. I saw the Cinch diet advertised on Rachael Ray this morning (a repeat from back in January), and it looks great and healthy. I'm at least going to try the 5 day detox and maybe start the actual diet when I get back from National Conference. We'll see. I'm going to get the book this afternoon, so I'll let you know.
I started running again recently. It's a lot easier to run and exercise when you have a treadmill in your basement. I'm trying to convince my mom to trade in the old stationary bike she has for a newer model. The old bike serves it's purpose, but it's loud!! It's a little obnoxious to try to ride on the bike when it makes as much noise as this one does.
My eating habits since I've been back in my parents' house are not the best. I catch myself snacking when I shouldn't be, and I'm definitely not drinking enough water.
Excited to see what the next 5 days will bring with this detox :)
